Perry Herrmann

Perry Herrmann

President/CEO

As president and chief executive officer of E Light Electric Services, Inc., Perry’s responsibilities include executive management, strategic business planning, personnel resource management and overall business leadership. A 30-year veteran of the electrical industry, Perry joined the company in 2005. In 2009, under Perry’s direction, E Light started a new renewable division, E Light Wind and Solar, Inc., which has doubled E Light’s revenue in two years time.

David Wright

David Wright

Vice President Preconstruction, LEED AP BD+C

David serves as Vice President of E Light’s Preconstruction Department. His responsibilities include business development, marketing and oversight of preconstruction services. He is a LEED-Accredited Professional  and holds a bachelor’s of science degree in business management. David specializes in design-build and design-assist projects, where innovative solutions can be implemented to solve budget and constructability issue.

Jason Wheeler

Jason Wheeler

Vice President Operations

Jason is responsible for executive oversight of all construction and field operations, and our in-house prefabrication department. Jason joined the company in 2005, and brings over 15 years experience in the electrical contracting industry.

Sandy Bonham

Sandy Bonham

Vice President Finance

With over 18 year’s experience in the construction industry and a bachelor’s degree in business, Sandy oversees the financial, human resource, and IT departments. Her responsibilities are comprised of financial reporting, job cost accounting, forecasting, tax, audits, contract management, advancing the company’s cash flow and governing the internal controls. In addition, she ensures the accounting procedures and reporting conform to the generally accepted accounting principles. Sandy also holds the position of Treasurer and Secretary for the Board of Directors.

Bill Bicket

Service Director

Bill brings over 18 years of customer service experience to our expanding Maintenance & Emergency Service Department. His responsibilities include the commissioning of all E Light construction projects and generation of new service work. Since 2010, the Maintenance & Emergency Service Department has doubled its revenue and size.

  • Bureau of Prisons, 103 kW Solar – Florence, CO
  • Ft. Carson Army Base, 300 kW Solar Carport – Ft. Carson, CO

Don White, Chairman of the Board for E Light, has 42 years of experience in the electrical industry with a combined project total of $570,000,000. Bill Love, former CEO of SKCE in Kansas City, MO, is Board Director.
