Phase II of this design-build project included the installation of two, fixed position field arrays that total 2.39 megawatts DC and 14 carport structures with solar panels on top for 1.6 megawatts DC. A total of 14,352 panels were installed. The systems are tied to the existing electrical distribution system. This project was funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
